Mike is a writer and performer living in New York.
His comedy pilot 12 Beers was an official selection in the 2018 New York Television Festival and was recommended by Decider.com as having "a unique flavor that's bound to please even the most reluctant of web series watchers." You can watch that here: 12 BEERS. Before that, Mike was a series regular on "MTV's Joking Off" for four seasons where he used his dad humor to crush with the teen audience. Prior to MTV, Mike worked on "UNITE," ESPNU's first late night entertainment show. There, he created nightly comedy videos as well as guest-hosted the show. His comedy pilot Bucksport For Life!, about a door to door knife salesman, was an official selection in the 2016 New York TV Festival.
Mike was a finalist for the 2018 truTV Comedic Breakout Competition for his project Hey Danielle.
He has written for, acted in or directed content for ESPN, Onion Sports, CollegeHumor, The Howard Stern Show, BroBible.com, MTV, Comedy Central, truTV, and more. Mike wrote the viral Apple Time story (over 13 million impressions) and created the popular recap series 60 Second Classics which has over 5 million views on Twitter. He's also oddly proud of his Friends spec script "The One Where Chandler Tries Stand Up"
Also he made an entire website asking strangers to let him join their slow pitch softball teams thesoftballfreeagent.com that was featured on Vulture.com.
When he’s not performing, Mike is usually reminiscing about the intramural flag football championship he won in college.
